WHIreland Wealth Management Supports Gordon-Colebrooke In 2019

Andrew Gordon-Colebrooke will be receiving the continued support of WHIreland Wealth Management in 2019 as he competes in the prestigious British GT Championship behind the wheel of a Century Motorsport BMW M4 GT4. WHIreland is a financial services company offering Wealth Management, Wealth Planning and Corporate & Institutional Broking services. Their Wealth Management division provides discretionary and advisory services to a diverse range of private, charity, corporate and institutional clients. As an award-winning wealth management firm, their focus is on providing clear, simple, jargon-free advice and to offer a bespoke service, tailored to suit their clients’ needs. Their expert team combine in-depth experience of financial markets with a friendly, straightforward and client-focused approach. Gordon-Colebrooke and WHIreland Wealth Management started their partnership last year as the Buckinghamshire racer competed in the Ginetta GT4 Supercup and they are continuing their association as he moves into one of the world’s foremost domestic GT series. Andrew Gordon-Colebrooke: “I’m delighted that WHIreland Wealth Management have come back on-board for the 2019 season. It should be an exciting year ahead for both of us as we move into a new championship with the reigning champions Century Motorsport. “Without the support of WHIreland Wealth Management I wouldn’t be racing this year and I can’t thank them enough for getting involved. We’ve got some exciting things planned for the season ahead and look forward to announcing those in due course.” Steve Hutchings, Head of Business Development: “WHIreland Wealth Management are delighted to sponsor Andrew for a second season. Our aim last year was to gain exposure for the brand, and Andrew was able to work diligently with his team to enable us to maximise that. "We have been welcomed, and well looked after on race days, where despite the demands upon Andrew, he has made himself available to meet and interact with us. We are confident that this partnership gives us further opportunities for making new contacts." The 2019 British GT Championship season officially got underway earlier this week with the traditional championship launch and media day at Donington Park (5th March), where a record-breaking 38 car entry was confirmed for the upcoming campaign. Alongside media duties, Gordon-Colebrooke and his team-mate Angus Fender benefitted from nearly three hours of testing as they continued to get to grips with their BMW M4 GT4 – a car that won both the Drivers’ and Teams’ titles in 2018. Andrew Gordon-Colebrooke: “We’ve enjoyed a really positive run during our pre-season testing programme so far. The BMW M4 GT4 is a fantastic car to drive and I’m enjoying getting up to speed with it and pushing it towards its limits. “Having both raced for Century Motorsport in the Ginetta GT4 Supercup last season, I have a strong partnership with Angus Fender and we’re progressing well. The entry for British GT this year is phenomenal and I can’t wait to line up on the grid for the first time at Oulton Park on April 22nd.” The 2019 British GT Championship will be contested over seven events, with nine races ranging from one to three hours in length. As well as visiting five of the finest circuits in the UK, the 2019 calendar also features an overseas visit to Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium.
