Next Level Motorsport Announce Company Restructure

Next Level Motorsport will today (Monday 9th January 2023) embark on a brand-new era as Co-Founders Tom Oliphant and Chris Beck step down from their roles, with current PR Managers Chris Ashby and Simon Paice taking on leadership of the company into what promises to be an exciting future.

Since its inception in 2017, Next Level Motorsport has grown exponentially and become one of the leading content agencies in British motor racing, specialising in PR and Social Media Management, Branding and Graphic Design, Sponsorship and Website Creation.

Following his move to Australia at the start of 2022, Oliphant - Business Director and accomplished racing driver - along with Design Director Beck, believe that the time is right for Next Level to flourish under a new stewardship.

Ashby and Paice are no strangers to the company and race paddocks up and down the United Kingdom, boasting almost two decades of experience working in the motorsport industry between them.

The pair will take on the day-to-day running of the business with immediate effect whilst Oliphant will remain in an advisory role to ensure that a smooth transition is made.

Tom Oliphant: “I am incredibly proud of what Chris and I have built with Next Level Motorsport. We started this business to help racing drivers, teams and manufacturers achieve their potential and maximise their exposure within the motorsport industry, a goal that I am pleased to say we have achieved.

“Over the last 6 years the company and the NLM team have grown and achieved some fantastic success and it is because of this fact that Chris and myself feel this is the right time to step aside and allow new leadership to take the company forward. I am confident that NLM will continue to go from strength to strength under its new leadership and offer its current clients and new clients the same high-quality service as it always has.

"I will still be involved with NLM in an advisory role, making sure the transition will be smooth and the quality we offer will continue for all future clients. This change will allow me time to focus on new ventures which I am hopeful to announce very soon.”

Chris Beck: “I’ve very much enjoyed the journey of growing Next Level to what it’s become today, but have decided to step away pursue broader opportunities outside of motorsport.

"The team has done a fantastic job expanding its service offering and taking on clients from budding young drivers to championships and manufacturers. I'm grateful to be leaving the business in the incredibly capable hands of Chris and Simon for the future and excited to see them continue to grow it."

Chris Ashby: “I’m delighted to have been given the opportunity - along with Simon - to lead Next Level Motorsport into what is shaping up to be an exciting future. I feel very lucky to have been able to work in the motorsport industry for a number of years now and this next chapter is one I’m relishing. I’d like to thank Tom and Chris for their hard work and trust as without them, none of this would be possible.”

Simon Paice: Getting the opportunity to work with Next Level Motorsport back in 2017 was a big break in my career, and I’ve enjoyed being part of the journey so far with Tom and Chris. To now get the opportunity to take on a leadership role alongside my long-time colleague Chris Ashby is very exciting and we have some great plans for 2023.”
